They can’t read it yet.
That’s the point.

Anyone who loves them writes a letter. We print it on cotton paper, seal it in wax by hand, and it stays sealed until they’re grown.

Cotton paper doesn’t yellow. Archival ink doesn’t fade. Wax, once set, keeps its promise. Every letter is printed, folded and sealed by hand, so it can sit in a drawer for eighteen years and be perfect on the morning it’s opened.

How it works

Ten minutes, honestly
01

Write it, or invite everyone

Prompts if you want them. Or share a private link so everyone can add theirs — no apps, no accounts.

02

We print and seal it

Cotton paper, archival ink, sealed in wax by hand.

03

They open it, grown

The date is on the band, wrapped around the seal. Until then, it waits.

Opened at eighteen.
Opened on her wedding morning.
Opened the night before
he becomes a father.

You choose the day. We print it on the band, around the seal.

Sealed means sealed.

With a collection, you see who wrote — never what they wrote. Letters stay private to the child.

Questions

The short answers

Can I read the letters people write?

With a collection, you see who wrote — never what they wrote. Letters stay private to the child. Every submission passes an automated safety review, and a person prints and seals each letter; that is the only handling a letter gets.

How long do I have to write?

As long as you like. A letter is saved the moment you write it and stays editable until you seal it — sealing is a separate, deliberate step, and nothing is printed before it.

What if I spot a mistake after sealing?

Reply to your confirmation email. If we haven’t printed yet, we’ll unseal it and hand it straight back to you.

When does the child open it?

You choose: a birthday, a wedding day, or a date of your own. The instruction is printed on a band across the envelope, and the letter stays sealed until then.

Shipping

Printing, sealing and shipping are included in the price — a letter is $24 and a collection is $149, with nothing added at checkout. We email a tracking number the day it goes out.
